The son of a San Diego police captain is accused of sexual battery and vandalism after a drunken brawl in Pacific Beach. Misdemeanor charges were pending against 23-year-old Alex Guarderrama. Police say he grabbed two women, punched a third and broke out a car window during an altercation at a Pacific Beach restaurant.
