Gym teacher John Webster, a 5’10 220lb. former college football player, is claiming 6 year-old Rodrigo Carpio (weighing only 50lbs and measuring at 4’10) attacked him during gym class, which resulted in Webster suffering from a knee and ankle injury. Webster claimed he sought professional counseling as a result of the attack due to the amount of stress it caused him. Webster plans to sue the school district for allowing such a child to be in his class.
