The young man shot and killed in Kansas City, KS, Monday was a rapper, and his family, friends and fans are mourning his death. The deadly shooting happened in broad daylight only a few blocks from Eugene Ware Elementary School, where hundreds of children sat inside, unaware of what was happening outside.
