Nick Katsoris, an award-winning author of children’s book series, has gathered more than 50 celebrities (including Rosanna Scotto and Ernie Anastos) in his new illustrated cookbook for children and their families. Katsoris visited the Good Day Cafe Monday to share recipes from Loukimi’s Celebrity Cookbook.
