A pediatrician who researches near-death experiences involving children has been suspended by Delaware officials after his daughter told investigators she was subjected to waterboarding. Dr. Melvin Morse and his wife were arrested this week on felony counts of conspiracy and reckless endangering involving their two daughters, ages 6 and 11.
